I am adding conscious time to my life with myself (meditating, taking a bath or passionately procrastinating) and others (long walks, long talks, long hugs). "add something better" means to stop judging and make better decisions for yourself and the planet every single day and not be too hard on yourself when you mess up. It's about adding something BETTER not something PERFECT.
