Do you have an easy tip to live more sustainably?
Prioritize and take consumption seriously. We are taught to consume from an early age. Like: "Get this to feel happier, fitter, cooler, more up to date." I realized at one point that always buying the newest, 'hottest' stuff was messing with me, because it didn't make me feel better. Instead I was insecure, always longing. I don't like the idea of forbidding myself things, but I asked myself: Do you really want this object, this clothing (etc.) in your life? This led (bit by bit) to a conscious and by that more sustainable way of living.
What does conscious consumption look like in your daily life?
I question my habits, the things I do automatically. Not to monitor myself, but to realize where I'm putting my money, what I am eating and so on.
We care about adding something better. What do you add to your life to make it better?
Music. It lifts up my spirit every time and opens me up to worlds I've didn't see before.
