Do you have an easy tip to live more sustainably?
Don't think too much about what exactly you want to change in as many areas as possible.
Pick one area that is easy for you, such as nutrition or living, and start consuming more conscious. The rest comes all by itself.
What does conscious consumption look like in your daily life?
I make lists, not only because I keep forgetting things, but also because I always have in mind what I really need - and what I don't. I look where things are made, from what and by whom and I ask questions if something seems inconclusive to me.
We care about adding something better. What do you add to your life to make it better?
I don't take myself too seriously.
